[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - FISH HAWK

1951z  16 Apr 05

      8992.2+/- was active at 1833z with an unknown station (unable to 
understand the id; fair levels here; off freq) bcsting a 28-character EAM 
(SJA6BP) and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (weak/readable) with 
nothing heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0.

      11175.0 was active at 1933z with FISH HAWK (weak/mostly unreadable) 
working MCCLELLAN (fair/good) for a phone patch to a DSN 271 
number.  MCCLELLAN moved him to 8992.0.

      8992.2+/- was active at 1934z with FISH HAWK (fair) calling MCCLELLAN 
and MAINSAIL, and raising MCCLELLAN (fair) who had him at "distorted" 
levels.  FISH HAWK never responded to MCCLELLAN's multiple calls including 
a request to move to 13200.0.

      11175.0 was active at 1937z with FISH HAWK (weak/mostly unreadable) 
working OFFUTT (good) for the phone patch to the DSN 271 number for some 
brief GEP coordination and gone.

      On 13 Apr 05 BLOW FUSE was off frequency on 6697.0, using 6697.2+/- 
for his EAM xmsn (and solid on 8776.0.)
