[MilCom] MIL: 15016.0 - MEREDITH standing by for traffic

      15016.0 was active at 1843z with MEREDITH (good levels; female opr) 
bcsting a 45-character EAM (Y42FIC), simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 
(fair/weak) and 8992.0 (weak/readable) with nothing heard on 4724.0.  She 
ended the xmsn with the standing by for traffic statement and out.
