      8992.0 was active at 0505z with HICKAM RADIO (weak/fair levels here) 
working an unknown station (missed id) for radio check.

      4724.0 was active at 0510z with POWERLINE 89 (weak/readable levels 
here) calling MAINSAIL a few times with no response and quiet.
