Basically everything shut down by major winter storm. Buckley Tower closed at 
0900 this morning and has almost 20 inches on the ground there tonight. (Not 
counting the drifts)

372.20:  JOSA-478, (C-21A), takeoff Colorado Springs.
372.20:  RAID-70, (KC-135R, Grand Forks), will make a pass over the field (at 
Colorado Springs) to check conditions and see if they can land. Don't know if 
he made it or not.
