[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - DRY CELL

      8992.0 was active at 0944z- with MCCLELLAN bcsting a 140-character 
EAM (SE4LAU) containing distinctive formatting and ending in a somewhat 
common 14-character block.

      8992.0 was active at 1240z with the HFGCS bcsting a 6-character EAM 
(Y44PIV) "FOR WHISKEY FORCE."

      8992.0 was active prior to 1400z with ANDREWS (aka ANDREWS TRAINING) 
attempting signal checks with MCCLELLAN and others, with YOKOTA (unheard 
here) involved at one point.

      8992.0 was active at 1424z with OFFUTT (good levels here) working DRY 
CELL (unheard here).  DRY CELL apparently requested a data check as OFFUTT 
asked him if DRY CELL wanted ALE data or secure data.  At 1429z OFFUTT 
requested that DRY CELL call OFFUTT via land line.  At 1433z OFFUTT again 
worked DRY CELL and requested that he move to freq 311 (11220.0), and then 
requested that he meet OFFUTT on 11175.0.
