Felix 41, a flight of two F-14s, is up on 269.3 inbound to Avon Park.  They 
have already contacted the controller on 292.2 and requested Target ST-1.

Lion 41/42, another flight of F-14s, is inbound from the Ship, and is up with 
Sealord on 267.5.
