[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - KING 46

      11175.0 was active at 1636z with ANDREWS (good levels here) calling 
and raising KING 46 (unheard here) for a signal check.  ANDREWS then called 
and raised OFFUTT (fair) and requested that OFFUTT provide a signal check 
for KING 46 (done) and gone.
