      8992.0 was active at 1737z with FORETELL (fair levels here; noisy 
audio) bcsting a 28-character EAM (FPFC7W) preceding MCCLELLAN's 1751z 
HFGCS bcst of same, and simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 
(weak/readable) with nothing heard on 11244.0 and 13155.0.

      8992.0 was active at 1755z with FORETELL (good; noisy audio) bcsting 
FPFC7W and simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 (weak/readable) with 
nothing heard on 11244.0 or 13155.0.  H+25/h+55 activity.
