    Then passes messages using Phonetic Alphabet (NATO STYLE) Then back to RTTY. Other players 6 ECHO ROMEO, 3 KILO NOVEMBER  0325 USB (27Sept04) (CC) 

    I think this is the ROYAL NAVY?
