Ever since Larry Van Horn started tracking the "holes" I had the feeling that 
some of them might be intentional FCC reservations for testing purposes.  
Well, one day after not having used my Pro-2002 for a while, I noticed that its 
channel 19 which I had programmed to 127.85 had defaulted to 357.075.
