      11244.0 was active at 0215z with [sounded like BIG TIME or BIG ___ or 
? ?; weak but stronger than earlier in the local evening] "standing by for 
traffic" (x2) and gone.  If he preceded it with an EAM string it was 
unheard here.

       He keyed the freq again at 0219z with no voice audio.
