DRAGO 82 rtb's Langley,id as F-15 with Dover appch 359.300 DRAGO 61 also arrives in the area and says flyby is cancelled Not sure what flyby is all about unless practicing for Dover NASCAR Race next weekend.Sometimes they also stage over the bay for Arlington flybys also.
