[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - BLUE CHIP

      8992.0 was active at 2337z with BLUE CHIP (or sounds like; 
weak/readable levels here) bcsting a 28-character EAM (Q4XGHV) and 
simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 (weak/barely readable) with nothing 
heard on 6697.0 or 13155.0.  H+07/h+37 activity.  Maybe also heard at 2237z 
with same at much weaker levels.
