 SKIER 86 C-130 arrive Dover to pick up pax 349.400

 MAZDA 41 on Wash Ctr 362.300 climbing to 22k from 7k flight of 2 looking for
GOLD 74 for AR along with MAZDA 43 flight of 3 around 1540z.
 Sounded like he mentioned GOLD 74 going with us to March.

 CHENA 82 departed Andrews and called Andrews back on 378.100 saying they
had problem and were dumping fuel.Landing gear won't retract.
 Landing and parking at 11a spot."Negative on IFE".

  TUFF 07 (sounded like) arrive Dover tail #60-0085. Buff?
Tail number and call sign make sense to anyone?
