N740PA is a 757 seen recently as the press plane. Chartered from whoever
but just using ATC callsign BOEING 740PA. These days they operate a bit
differently from in the past so I'm never sure of the plan. Usually to/from
Dulles and arrive before AF-1.

The pool reporters/photogs are on AF-1 so the press plane has the regular
network crews and gear.
