[MilCom] CROW 11 (flt of 2)

At around 7pm ET I heard CROW 11 (flt of 2) heading north towards lake Erie 
for an air show. They were at FL 230 and asked to drop to 3,000 for a fly 
by of "home base". They contacted Wilkes/Barre appro. and did a fly by of 
Cherry Ridge. They went back to ZNY and wanted to do a Great Lakes tour. I 
guess they were heading for Clvd. I think the CROWs are F-15s from FL.
CROW was 234.50 a/a and working ATC on UHF.
