[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - LC 822; BOLD 900

      8992.0 was active at 1223z with LC 822 (strong levels here; very 
distorted audio, almost unreadable) calling MAINSAIL a number of times with 
no response (maybe because he was so distorted; wasn't helped by shouting 
into his mic).

      8992.0 was active at 2234z with BOLD 900 (nine zero zero; fair) 
calling MAINSAIL a number of times with no known response.
