[MilCom] Melbourne's JSTARS evacuating to Wright-Patt

     It is 11:40am EDT (1540z)
     At 11:25am, JSTARS 04 (E-8 based at Northrop-Grumman's JSTARS 
Integration Facility, Melbourne IAP) departed KMLB for Wright-Patterson AFB.  After 
airborne, he told Grumman Ops to "Call WPAFB Ops and tell them we will be on the 
ground there in two hours, that's 1330L."
