[MilCom] Black Daggers jump team

At the Lancaster, PA air show on Sat 8/28; the Black Daggers jumped first
out of a fixed wing a/c and were in comms with Dave Shultz's crew on
136.000MHz. Later, the Black Daggers jumped out of a helo and were in comms
with one of their crew on the ground on 136.500MHz. For the A10 demo, we had
all the freqs listed so far in the radios and did not hear a thing; the guy
on the ground had 2 ht's with him; one he put down - had a rubber antenna
about 2 to 3 inches shorter than the radio he talked to the A10 on;  we
searched 122.6 - 123.675; 128.825 - 132.0; 136 - 137; 138 - 144 and 148 -
150.8; so we suspect something in the low band. We did hear that he was UHF
only for the air boss - he used the Lancaster tower freq of 251.1MHz. The
radio the narrator used was small with a full keyboard.
