[MilCom] Interesting ALE Exchange

Today I caught the following:

[15:46:07][FRQ 18003000][TO ][?              ][TIS][510307         ][AL0] BER 
27 SN 01 [AMD]CCCCPTAENNNN            

[15:45:29][FRQ 18003000][LINKED  ][510307         ]

[15:50:33][FRQ 18003000][CLEARED ][510307         ]


I was listening at the time and when the "linked" ALE handshake appeared 
PC-ALE stayed "locked" on 18003.  However, I didn't hear anything, no voice, data 
but then when the "cleared" ALE appeared PC-ALE went back to scanning.
