[MilCom] 11175.0 - SABRE 35

      11175.0 was active at 1838z with SABRE 35 (or sounds like; fair 
levels; muffled audio) calling MAINSAIL and raising MCCLELLAN (unheard 
here) for a signal check and gone.  At 1843z ___ 22 (missed callword(s); 
fair; muffled audio) called ? and raised OFFUTT (fair) but did not respond 
to OFFUTT's calls.  Also other stations with "muffled" audio active around 
1800z+/- with requests for signal checks.
