      8992.0 was active at 0813z with SPACE CARD (weak/readable) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (U66T2W) slightly trailing the HFGCS's bcst of same, and 
simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (good) with nothing heard on 15016.0 
or 4724.0.
