      11175.0 was active at 1859z+/- with an unknown player (too weak to 
id; mostly weak/unreadable but sometimes rising briefly to weak/fair 
levels; lots of tones and squeals on his audio) bcsting an unknown longer 
EAM (AG....), finishing about 1911z or so.  Briefly covered by OFFUTT at 
1901z with their bcst of the 28-character U6LVPR.  Simulcasting on at least 
8992.0 (weak/unreadable) with nothing heard on 15016.0.
