[MilCom] 8992.0 - OUT FACE

      11175.0 was active at 1900z with [not OUT FACE; good levels here] 
bcsting AGSJYY and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (good/fair).  The 
id sounded very much like a muffled rapidly spoken "offutt" but it was 
unlike any HFGCS station I've ever heard,and may have been something 
else.  It sounded like a player with very busy (chatter) activity in the 
background.  He ends each of his xmsn with an unusual "[sounds like offutt 
or ?], ALL STATIONS out."  H+00/h+30, which may be the new 'glass 
rebroadcast times since 01 Oct in addition to an HFGCS rebcst time 
(OFFUTT/ANDREWS).

      As for OUT FACE, 8992.0 was active at 1905z with OUT FACE (weak/fair) 
bcsting AGSJYY with nothing heard on 11175.0, and possibly briefly heard on 
11244.0 (if there, very weak fading to unheard).
