      11175.0 was active at 1850z with [OUT FACE maybe; spoken rapidly 
(sounded like "offutt" but it wasn't); good levels here) bcsting a 
33-character EAM (AGSJYY) and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 
(good).  He completed with "all stations out" and gone.
