ARROW 27 & 28 have been POTUS CAP jets over WI for a few hours. Self
IDed as from Eglin. Heard ARROW 31 arrive a while ago, followed a few
minutes ago by ARROW 32. ARROW 27 just left, don't know where 28 went.

327.8 (ZAU HORICON-> 273.6(ZAU S Bend)-> 343.7(Z??) ARROW 27, single
F-15 direct ?.
