[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - MANGROVE "standing by for traffic"

      11175.0 was active at 1840z with [sounds like MANGROVE (initially 
mistaken for "mainsail"); tentative; weak/mostly unreadable here] stating 
he was "standing by for traffic". Others have reported him active since at 
least 1340z with same.  Weak mid day propagation (OFFUTT at weak/barely 
readable levels here).
