[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - "Standing by for traffic"

      8992.0 was active at 0709z with [sounded like R__ WAGON; maybe RUN 
WAGON or ?; weak/readable levels here] stating he was "Standing by for 
traffic" a couple of times and gone.  Too quick to check 11244.0, 13155.0 
or 6697.0. H+10/h+40 activity? Suggests exercise.
