[MilCom] JSTARS "Razor 22" has IFE

It is 1:43pm EDT (1743z) and JSTARS E-8C "Razor 22" is on his way back to 
Robins AFB with a problem.  I believe it is landing gear-related.  His ETA at 
Robins is 1510 Local time.  He will be running a checklist on arrival and then 
attempt a landing.
