[MilCom] 8992.0 - IRISHMAN

      8992.0 was active at 0440z with IRISHMAN (weak to often unheard 
levels) bcsting U6QXSW and his 369 message of 5 groups, simulcasting same 
on at least 6697.0 (now mostly at unheard levels) with nothing heard on 
11244.0 or 13155.0.  At the conclusion of this xmsn at 0444z he passed a 
minutestamp and two-letter authentication (44 ??) and out.
