      11244.0 was active at 0410z with IRISHMAN (weak/mostly readable) 
bcsting a 28-character EAM (U6QXSW) and a 3-6-9 message of 5 groups (NEH 
CPM EEP 3LJ WJY), simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 (weak/mostly 
readable) with nothing heard on 8992.0 or 13155.0.  H+10/h+40 activity.
