      6697.0 was active at 0354z with IRISHMAN (or sounds like; weak/barely 
readable) bcsting an AKAC 3-6-9 message of 5 groups (NEH CPM EN? 3LJ ?JY) 
x2, simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 (weak/barely readable) with 
nothing heard on 8992.0 or 13155.0, and gone.
