[MilCom] DC CAP

Hello Everone

I am looking for any freqs for DC CAP
if there is currently a CAP up.Also
anyone bettween D.C and Langley AFB 
hear any comms on Washington Center 
freqs ARTCC UHF or maybe Norfolk
Aproach.Last night I heard the F-15's
I am guessing fly overhead then heard
some comms on 285.4 which is a discrete
from Langley F-15's then something about
switching to a Norfolk freq didnt catch
the freq numbers this was around 12:10-12-15am
this morning didnt catch a callsign either

Any Help would be greaty appreciated
