[MilCom] 11244.0 - OFFUTT, PUERTO RICO etc

      The HFGCS was very active from at least local mid day through 2024z 
with EAM rebroadcasts, much of it not conforming to the more common 
minutestamps for these things. For example OFFUTT at 1722z (mid day strings 
spoken very rapidly), 1726z (U6WLIJ), 1802z (U62FWO; unk), 1834z 9U6CDGS), 
1902z (U6CDGS), 1932z (U6CDGS), 2002z (U6CDGS), and 2017z (U6OI66). PUERTO 
RICO at 1904z (maybe; weak; U6CDGS), 2004z (U6CDGS) and 2020z (normal time; 
U6OI66).  Two very weak stations (unreadable) at 1800z (OFFUTT's normal 
time; unk), 2000z (U6CDGS) and 2016z (unk). A weak station under PUERTO 
RICO at 2020z (unk).  And a weak/unreadable station at at 1724z (unk) and 
2024z (unk) with nothing heard after.  And there were multiple echoes of 
FOXTROT bcsts such as one at 2038z (ANDREWS, PUERTO RICO (weak), and 2 
others (too weak to id)) - maybe propagation was better today or...  It was 
more like the mid 90s and earlier than current practice.
