      11244.0 was active at 0417z with PACK RAT (weak/readable; lots of 
background chatter on audio during all xmsns - busy) bcsting a 28-character 
EAM (U6V6Y6) with nothing heard on 6697.0, 8992.0 or 13155.0.

      11244.0 was active at 0440z with PACK RAT (weak) bcsting U6V6Y6 and 
U6CKWC.  H+10/h+40 activity.

      11244.0 was active at 0444z with PACK RAT (weak/readable) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (U62NTB) with nothing heard on 6697.0, 8992.0 or 13155.0.
