      11244.0 was active at 0338z with PACK RAT (or sounds like; 
weak/readable levels here) bcsting a 28-character EAM (U6CKWC) with nothing 
heard on 6697.0, 8992.0 or 13155.0.  11244.0 was again active at 0340z with 
PACK RAT (weak/readable) bcsting the same string, with nothing heard on 
13155.0, 8992.0 or 6697.0.
