8983 Rescue 1706 (USCG HC-130H7) Calls (USCG Camslant Chesapeake, VA) with information to pass to D7 about vessel in distress. Captain of vessel (SCARLET IVAN) has fire under control 1 may not make it 1serve burn on hands and feet and 1 other serve injury request helicopter and flight surgeon Camslant sending JAY HAWK to vessel. 1706 request phone patch to Home plate (CLEARWATER). Request Camslant assume Radio Guard has 7pov and position 2313N 8620W and is with the vessel in distress waiting on the JAY HAWK Vessel is now moving at 14 knots. ETA of 6016 is 2500 local request to know why JAY HAWK is refueling  1 patient will not make it if they don't speed up. 6016 request 1706 contact them on COTHEN.

If I knew I was at any point that I was called upon at any time to save a life I WOULD KEEP MY AIRCRAFT FULL OF FUEL AT ALL TIMES. Not paying attention to detail that gentlemen may not make it over some DAM fuel problems That Jay hawk took off at home plate---It should have been fueled at last use. My 2 cents worth
