bcsting a 28-character EAM (X3YF4Z) with nothing heard on 13155.0, 8992.0 
or 6697.0.

      11244.0 was active at 0232z with BREAK RIDE (fair) bcsting another 
28-character EAM (X3A5JD) preceding MCCLELLAN's 0236z HFGCS bcst of same, 
and simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 (weak) with nothing heard on 
8992.0 or 13155.0.

      11244.0 was active at 0240z and 0310z with BREAK RIDE (fair) bcsting 
X3A5JD, simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 (weak) with nothing heard on 
8992.0 or 13155.0.  H+10/h+40 activity similar to CELESTIAL on UTC 07 Oct 04.
