[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - STARGATE

      11175.0 was active at 1658z with STARGATE (fair/weak) calling 
MAINSAIL a number of times for a signal check, raising BAT 97 (or ___AT 97; 
weak/often unreadable) at 1700z for a signal check and to say that STARGATE 
had been trying to raise MAINSAIL for the past half hour with no joy.
