[MilCom] 406.150 Mhz

Over the weekend 406.15 with trunked data on it has come up in SF Bay 
Area loud & clear at my location.  This frequency has been in one of my 
scanners for years as it was one of the channels used onboard USS 
Abraham Lincoln CVN-72 when she was stationed at Alameda Navel Air 
Station.  This channel has been silent since she left, anyone have any 
clue who this is?
