Today two major changing took place
the first was at Oceana NAS were
the Fighter Wing Atlantic HQ offical 
closed its door today with a ceremony 
and placeing of a headstone at the NAS 
Oceana Officers Club to mark the start
of end of F-14's and the begin of the 
F-18 Super Hornets.One of the new
replacement squadron for F-18 Hornets
started operation today at NAS Oceana

Second event was now the 27th FS at
Langley Air Force Base are no longer
F-15's they are now F/A-22 Raptors
as of today and two new Raptors flew
into today to be station there
