[MilCom] SledDog/Legality on HF-GCS

     At 2359z on Fri 1 Oct 2004 SLEDDOG was in comms with McClellan on 8992.0 
after having no joy on 11175.0.  On 8992 SLEDDOG got a phone patch to DSN 
339-3683 (Tinker "Antioch" or "AC Shop").
     Moments later at 0007z on Sat 2 Oct 2004 LEGALITY got a radio check from 
McClellan on 8992 and corrected his ID from SLEDDOG to LEGALITY.  It was an 
ID change with the change of day. It was the same voice as well.
     Now at 0037z Sat 2 Oct 2004 LEGALITY is up with McClellan on 11175 with 
test counts and encrypted comms.
