(US Coast Guard, probable Camslant). At 1555 in USB/ALE sounding on 15867.0.
05732.0 J11 (HH-60J #6011 ATC Mobile): 0023 USB/ALE sounding. At 2015 on
10242.0 in USB/ALE & voice w/Camslant reporting airborne. Camslant sets ALE as
primary freqs and 5696/8983 as secondary. At 2041 on 10242.0 in ALE and voice
w/Camslant passing position of 3028N/8758W.
08912.0 J19 (HH-60J #6019 CGAS Clearwater): 0023 USB/ALE sounding.
10242.0 J18 (HH-60J #6018 CGAS Clearwater): 0022 USB/ALE sounding. Also noted
sounding on 15867.0 at 1439. At 2006 on 15867.0 in USB/ALE w/OPB (OPBAT
Service Center, Nassau, Bahamas) and in voice reporting airborne from Nassau w/5
POB enroute to Freeport Bahamas to drop off pax. Panther request that J18 remain
in the area after dropping off pax. J18 asks Panther for the status of J17
(HH-60J #6017 CGAS Clearwater). Panther not readable but J18 asks Panther if
they are to return to AUTEC and advises Panther that they only have a basket, no
other SAR equipment or LE (Law Enforcement) personnel. At 2032 in ALE and
voice w/Panther reporting position as 2551N/7808W about 25 mins from Freeport. J18
advises Panther that if they don't refuel at Freeport they only have enough
fuel to make it to AUTEC. However, if they refuel in Freeport, they will have
enough fuel to patrol near Bimini and then return to Nassau. At 2059 on
15867000 in ALE & voice w/Panther reporting on final for Freeport and securing radio
guard. Panther asks J18 to call him on landline when they land. At 2219 in ALE
& voice w/Panther (not heard) on 15867.0 reporting airborne w/4 POB at
position 2630N/7840W enroute Nassau ETA is 45 mins. At 2315 J18 ( very weak) in ALE &
voice. Service Center breaks in and connects J18 and Panther via pp.
08912.0 PAC (CamsPac Point Reyes): 0036 USB/ALE TO 703 (HC-130H #1703, CGAS
Barbers Point). Earlier, CG 1703 had reported to CamsPac that they were on the
final approach to Birmingham (Alabama??). They may be deploying to the East
Coast.
07527.0 J40 (HH-60J #6040 CGAS Clearwater): 0044 USB/ALE TO OPB (OPBAT
Service Center, Nassau, Bahamas).

1545 USB/ALE sounding on 13907.0. At 2049 on 08912.0 in ALE & voice radio

At 2024 on 23214.0 in USB/ALE sounding. At 2159 in ALE & voice on 18594.0
w/CamsPac giving position as Marysville.

08912.0 J42 (HH-60J #6042 CGAS Elizabeth City): 1304 USB/ALE TO LNT
(Camslant Chesapeake). In voice J42 (not heard) reports to Camslant that they have
departed Elizabeth City enroute to the IFC/ISC (sounds like) at Portsmouth VA. At
1349 J42 reports they are on deck at IFC/ISC Portsmouth. At 1424 on 13907.0
LNT TO J42 in ALE then in voice Camslant confirms position as 3654N/7542W and
that J42 is landing at Chesapeake to drop off 3 pax. At 1433 on 20890.0 TSC
(ICE Technical Service Center) TO J42 (not heard) in USB/ALE and in voice. TSC
patches J42 to CG Elizabeth City Air Operations who asks J42 for the time they
penetrated the ADIZ. No response noted. At 1457 J42 (not heard) reports
position as 3731N/7508W. At 1515 Camslant w/J42 (not heard) in ALE & voice. Camslant
advises J42 that warning area W-386 is "cold" below 6,000ft and wants to know
J42's mode 3 squawk for ADIZ re-entry. Camslant then asks J42 to come up
secure on the COTHEN net then asks J42 to switch to secure freq 3S11. At 1549 in
voice Camslant advises J42 (not heard) that upon re-entering the ADIZ they
should contact Huntress (NEADS SOCC, Rome AFB, NY). Camslant secures radio guard at
1702.
15867.0 706 (HC-130H #1706, CGAS Clearwater): 1309 USB/ALE TO LNT (Camslant).
08912.0 TSC (ICE Technical Service Center): 1325 USB/ALE TO 705 (HC-130H
#1705, CGAS Clearwater). At 1355 on 18594.0 CRB (ICE Regional Communications Node
(Caribbean) in USB/ALE w/705. At 1401 on 18594.0 Service Center in voice w/CG
1705 in pp w/Predator (id as CG Sector San Juan) who advises that they have
been tasked with SAR and to use freqs 8301.6 or 7346.1. CG Rescue 1705 asks for
clarification on status of SAR case. Predator advises that there's an
unconfirmed report that the vessel in question has put ashore in the area 1803N/7106W.
CG 1705 advises Predator that they will proceed to that area and start their
search one mile off the shoreline. Predator tasks CG 1705 to fly search
between 1736N/7123W & 1808N/7102W (off southern coast of Santo Domingo). CG 1705
confirms they have started SAR at Isla Beata (spelled) and are headed towards
Isla Saona (spelled). CG 1705 also advises that they will not be able to provide
complete SAR coverage due to restricted areas and airport restrictions in the
area off Santo Domingo. At 1429 on 18594.0 in USB/ALE TO CRB (ICE Regional
Communications Node (Caribbean) then in direct voice w/Predator. CG 1705 advises
Predator that they have completed the search area between the two islands
using the "Casper" system (unidentified). CG 1705 advises Predator that there are
numerous rafts in the search area and that they cannot confirm that the raft
they were tasked to find is among them. CG 1705 further advises that any
searching in this area presents a very high risk to their aircraft from air traffic
in the area. At 1431 CG 1705 confirms that the SAR case is closed and that
they are RTB. CG 1705 asks Predator if they have cleared the airspace for them
over Hispanola which could save them 1:45 flying time on their way home.

1331 contacts Camslant in ALE & voice reporting they have departed w/4 POB
enroute to Maine & New Hampshire for Homeland Security patrol duty. Camslant sets
COTHEN net as primary and 5696/8983 as secondary freqs. At 1426 on 13907.0
Camslant w/J01 (not heard) in ALE & voice confirming position of 4309N/6922W. At
1450 Camslant in ALE & voice w/J01 (not heard) who passes position as
4349N/6848W.
15867.0 502 (HC-130H #1502, CGAS Elizabeth City): 1552 USB/ALE sounding.
20890.0 718 (HC-130H #1718, CGAS Sacramento): 1809 USB/ALE sounding. At 2306
1718 w/Service Center in pp w/IMIC Pac (sounds like-Maritime Intelligence
Center-Pacific ??) reporting that they have completed all their tasks for today
and that they will not be doing these tasks tomorrow but will be flying for the
Air Station. CG 1718 reports that they stopped receiving data from the other
units about 3 hours ago and that they will go back on mission.

progress) w/Camslant confirming the vessel is a sailing vessel w/blue hull and
