1707Z    9025.0    District 1 directs FOXTROT 40 to locate and check on F/V SHEARWATER near last known position of 41-09N 067-20W. F/V has significant damage to bridge from a hit by a wave and they have lost all electrical power and navigation equipment. FOXTROT 40 locates the vessel and reports they are underway to New Bedford
