[MilCom] DECEE 91 & 91 are probably KC-135s

My logging for Tues 9 Nov 2004 included:

Since Andrews 459th AW has become the 459th ARW, I believe DECEE 91 and 92 
were both KC-135s.  
I thank Bob Archer for reminding me of the change.
