 STINGRAY 313 up on A/A 303.000 with unknown aircraft saying we were the
only Montana aircraft doing cross-country up here in the Northeast.

I'm not sure about the "Montana" statement, but some of the E-2 aircraft
have used this c/s through the years.  I use to hear them on HF fairly
often.
