[MilCom] Ref: tiger callsign

Good morning everyone, have to hide my red face on this one. The "tiger" 
callsign is used by the 79th fs out of Shaw afb. Thanks to Kevin and David 
Hartman for their info and a little searching in my files. They did use 
135.52 for  an A2A  a few times though, I had 141.600 locked out for some 
reason.  Thanks to all and have a good day.
