[MilCom] Robins AFB Trunked System

[Mac McCormick III]

The Robins AFB Trunked System has changed frequencies,
settings, and talkgroups, although it remains an analog system.  
While in the area today, I noticed that the old frequencies were 
no longer in use and found the new ones during a search.  The 
frequencies, settings, and talkgroups I found during a short 
monitoring time are below:
