Yes, VIXCER was VERY hard to understand (In fact, The first couple of times 
he was in, I wrote him down as VICTOR-55).  As for his unit,  I've had a 
HC-130J from CGAS Eliz. City  & the most recent, a WC-130J from Keesler use VIXCER. 
So I believe it is a Lockheed given c/s.

I missed BOBCAT 306.2.  I caught him on 284.7 'switching' but did not hear 
anything after that for a few mins then popped back up on 350.325.
