[MilCom] Delta 2 Launch Attempt Scrubbed

     Tonight's planned launch of a Delta 2 rocket carrying a replacement GPS 
satellite was scrubbed.  There were several holds in the countdown due to 
technical problems, and the launch window was exhausted.  The window had been from 
12:43am to 1:11am.
     I have not heard a formal announcement for the schedule of the next 
launch attempt, but I believe it will be tomorrow night, because as WEATHER ONE 
acft was RTBing to Sarasota he said his farewells and added "See you tomorrow 
night."
